Our Story
In the year 2001, Heidi moved to the small town of Ukiah with her three year old son and soon to be born daughter. She opened Local Flavor in hopes of sharing her love of cooking and bringing families and friends together to sit back and remember to enjoy the small things in life. As years went by, Local Flavor became Mama’s Cafe and Bakery. A more suiting name for the family owned business.
